Urban Yoga Adventures  

One city.  Three days.  Five senses.

We are Nicole and Suzanne. Two gals who met in Yoga. We encouraged and inspired each other to curate an itinerary for sharing and exploring our favorite parts of this city, especially the Outer Sunset.

Join us for a weekend while we discover, explore and connect to another side of San Francisco.


Touch… the earth as we begin the day with a Yoga classes which are held a block away from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Guests will be instructed through a series of poses designed to awaken and invigorate the body and mind. We’ll return from a full day of fun to settle our senses in evening Yoga. Classes are held at Ocean Beach Yoga studio.

All levels welcome!

Smell… the fresh salt air. Breathe in the scent of Pine and Eucalyptus trees as we leave the ocean and cycle our way through Golden Gate Park.

Hear… waves crashing against the sand at Ocean Beach, the Red-tail Hawks soaring above, the water cascading down the 7 waterfalls in Golden Gate park. The music playing as we enter lively restaurants and hidden bars. The sound of silence as you enjoy a relaxing day at the luxurious Nob Hill Spa. Your voice chanting OM at the end of Yoga.

See… parts of San Francisco that may not be listed in the guide books. A place where surfers, sustainable food creators, artists, and yoga enthusiasts all live, and hone their crafts. Where nature and our city mesh.

Taste… dinner at a chef’s table, cocktails at a hidden speak easy and breakfast at a local sustainable award-winning restaurant.

San Francisco is one of the top food destinations in the world. We will sample cuisine from an array of local chefs. Some are award winners, some are up and coming, and others have local and sustainable menus. All offering assorted delights for varying palates.
